Top-tier law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Century City Real Estate & Construction practice. The role will handle a mix of real estate and construction matters, advising clients on transactional, project-development and construction-related issues.

The successful candidate will lead engagements, mentor junior lawyers and work closely with broader practice teams to grow the group’s regional platform. There is an expectation of active business development and the ability to bring and manage client relationships.

J.D. and active California bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission).
Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters (transactions, project development, and/or construction contracting/dispute work).
Track record of originating or growing client relationships; portable practice/business development capability preferred.
Strong leadership and client-management skills; experience supervising associates and working in cross-functional teams.
