Seeking a partner to lead and grow a transactional real estate and construction practice from the Charleston office. The role will handle complex leasing, development, and construction matters and regularly interface with healthcare, renewable energy, finance and industrial/logistics clients.

This is a client-facing, business-generating position with responsibility for supervising deal teams and developing cross-practice solutions. The firm is looking for someone who can both manage major transactions and expand regional market presence.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction transactions.
Proven track record advising on leasing, development, construction contracts, and real estate finance; experience with healthcare, renewable energy or resort/industrial projects a plus.
Demonstrated leadership supervising deal teams and advising sophisticated clients.
Portable practice/book of business welcomed but not strictly required; ability to originate and grow client relationships expected.
JD and admission (or ability to be admitted) in the relevant state.
