Leading German law firm is seeking a partner to head and grow its Real Estate and Construction practice in the Chemnitz office. The role will involve advising on construction, infrastructure and real estate matters across transactional, regulatory and dispute-related work.

The partner will be client-facing, responsible for winning and managing mandates, mentoring junior lawyers and collaborating with national practice teams. A portable practice or demonstrable business development track record is expected.

Qualified lawyer admitted in Germany with significant partner-level experience in construction and/or real estate law
Strong track record of advising on construction, infrastructure and real estate matters (transactions and disputes)
Proven business development capability and client relationship management
Leadership and mentoring experience; fluent German (spoken and written)
