Established partner or counsel with a primary focus on real estate and construction matters
Significant experience advising on commercial real estate transactions, development projects, and construction-related agreements/disputes
Track record of client origination and business development; portable practice welcomed
Admission or eligibility to practice in Illinois and strong ties to the Chicago market
