Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dallas real estate and construction practice. The role focuses on advising on complex real estate transactions, construction-related matters, and related commercial work for national and regional clients.

The team handles a mix of transactional, advisory and project-related matters; the incoming partner will help grow the practice, lead client engagements and collaborate with national colleagues on cross-office matters.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction law (transactions, contracts, disputes or project work)
Track record of leading client engagements and managing deal teams
Demonstrable business development ability; portable practice or client relationships preferred
Bar admission in Texas and ability to work from the Dallas office
