Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Dallas real estate and construction practice. The role focuses on partner-level client work across commercial real estate transactions, construction matters and related dispute resolution, with responsibility for maintaining and growing client relationships.

The successful candidate will join an established team, advise owners, developers, lenders and contractors on complex projects, and help drive practice development in the region. This is a visible role that combines client service, business development and team leadership.

A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome; the firm will support integration and cross-office collaboration to expand regional capabilities.

Established partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction law.
Proven client-development ability; portable practice preferred.
Track record advising on transactions, contracts, risk allocation and construction-related disputes.
Experience leading teams and mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating across offices.
