Seeking a partner to lead and grow a transactional real estate and construction practice in the Dallas market. The role focuses on leasing, development, construction agreements, and project finance across sectors including healthcare, renewable energy, industrial/logistics and resort development.

The successful candidate will advise developers, lenders and institutional clients on complex acquisitions, dispositions, financings and construction matters. This is a partner-level role with responsibility for client delivery, business development and mentoring junior lawyers.

No specific book of business threshold is required; candidates with or without a portable book who can demonstrate technical expertise and a plan for market growth are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction transactions and project work
Deep sector experience in one or more of: healthcare real estate, renewable energy, industrial/logistics or resort development
Strong transactional drafting, negotiation and project management skills
Track record of client relationship management and ability to help grow a regional practice (portable business encouraged but not required)
Admission to practice in Texas or eligibility to become admitted
