Senior real estate partner opportunity in a well-established US law firm seeking an experienced practitioner to lead and grow its Delaware real estate and construction practice. The role will handle commercial land, development and construction matters, with occasional hospitality-related succession and estate planning work.

The practice combines transactional real estate (dirt law) and construction matters, plus some cross-over into estate planning for business succession. The team is client-facing and expects a partner to originate and develop relationships while working collaboratively with regional practice groups.

Established partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction law.
Demonstrable track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable business welcome.
Strong transactional and/or litigation experience in land development, construction contracts, and related due diligence.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work with multi-state matters.
