Established Finance & Banking team in Delaware is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand its lending and consumer‑finance practice. The role involves supervising transactions and litigation-adjacent work across commercial lending, card and consumer finance, and public finance matters.

The successful candidate will work with a cross-office team of lawyers and contribute to business development and client relationship management. A portable practice or demonstrable origination capability is welcomed.

Partner-level experience in finance and lending, including commercial and consumer finance matters.
Proven track record of leading transactions and managing teams of associates.
Strong client development and relationship management skills; portable book or demonstrable origination history preferred.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and ability to work with multi‑jurisdictional matters.
