Senior finance and corporate partner role in Delaware focused on cross-border and domestic lending, private credit and corporate finance matters. The role will advise sponsors, banks and other institutional lenders on financings and related corporate structures, and work with fund and asset management teams on transactional and regulatory aspects.

This is a partner-level position with opportunity to lead client engagements, develop a portable practice and work collaboratively across practice groups. You will join a busy finance practice handling leveraged and acquisition financings, restructuring-adjacent work and fund-related credit strategies.

Experienced finance partner with a strong transactional lending background (bank finance, private credit or fund finance).
Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice desirable.
Comfortable working across corporate and fund-related matters and mentoring junior lawyers.
