Lateral Partner, Finance & Banking & Securities — Delaware

Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand capital markets and finance work from the firm's Delaware office. The role is client-facing and involves advising issuers and lenders on structured finance and securities matters across domestic transactions.

The successful candidate will take a lead role in business development, supervise deal teams, and collaborate with colleagues across practices to grow the regional practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in capital markets, finance or securities transactions
• Admissions and ability to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
• Proven track record of client origination and team leadership
