Seeking a lateral partner to strengthen a litigation team focused on securities-related and healthcare/life-sciences disputes. The role will handle complex civil securities litigation, regulatory and white-collar matters, and matters arising at the intersection of healthcare and life-sciences clients.

The team works on high-stakes, bet-the-company matters and regulatory investigations, and the partner will lead case strategy, courtroom advocacy and client-facing work. The firm offers national platform support and collaboration with cross-practice regulatory and transactional groups.

Portable practice or demonstrable client-development capability is welcomed; the role offers opportunity to grow a securities and healthcare litigation practice within an established platform.

Significant partner-level litigation experience in securities enforcement/litigation, white-collar or related regulatory matters.
Experience handling healthcare or life-sciences disputes or regulatory matters preferred.
Proven trial and appellate advocacy and experience leading litigation teams.
Demonstrable client development skills or a portable practice and ability to originate business.
Admission to practice in Delaware or willingness to obtain admission.
