Lateral Partner, Compliance & Regulatory — Delaware

Senior partner-level hire to lead and expand a compliance and regulatory practice in the firm's Delaware office. The role will focus on cross-border regulatory counseling and risk management across energy, environmental and healthcare sectors, with significant work on cybersecurity, data protection and international trade issues.

Ideal candidates will build and manage a team, drive business development, and advise corporate clients on regulatory strategy, investigations and transactional regulatory risk. This is a visible role with opportunities to shape the practice and collaborate with global colleagues.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience advising on regulatory, compliance and international trade matters, ideally with sector experience in energy, environment or healthcare
• Track record of winning and managing client relationships and leading teams
• Admission to practice in a relevant US jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
