Partner — Technology, Media & Entertainment (Delaware)

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a technology-focused practice in Delaware, with emphasis on telecommunications, wireless and broadband matters. The role sits at the intersection of commercial technology work and regulatory/government contracts counsel.

The successful candidate will advise clients on regulatory compliance, government contracting and communications-sector matters, and will work across transactional and regulatory engagements. This is a senior leadership role with significant client-facing and business-development responsibilities.

• Proven partner-level experience in telecommunications, communications and broadband regulatory work.
• Demonstrated experience advising on government contracts and regulatory compliance.
• Track record of client origination and team leadership; ability to grow a regional technology regulatory practice.
• Admissions to relevant US bar(s) and strong legal drafting and advocacy skills.
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
