Partner — Compliance & Regulatory / Litigation — Delaware

Senior litigation and regulatory partner role with a strong technology and privacy focus. The position will lead complex regulatory matters, defend litigation arising from privacy and data-protection issues, and advise clients on compliance strategy and investigations.

The role requires business development leadership, team management, and close collaboration with practice colleagues across the firm’s U.S. offices. The successful candidate will be expected to grow and manage client relationships and contribute to practice development.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in regulatory investigations and complex litigation, with technology/privacy matters
• Proven business development record and client relationship management
• Admitted to practice in Delaware (or able to qualify) and able to chair matters
