Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property — Delaware

Experienced IP partner sought to lead and grow a busy patent and trademark practice in the firm’s Delaware office. The role focuses on IP litigation and enforcement, including patent and trademark infringement matters across technology and media sectors.

The team handles contested litigation for large corporate clients, and the practice explicitly excludes streaming-platform matters. The hire will join an established group and will be expected to develop client relationships and contribute to business development.

• Established partner-level experience in patent and trademark litigation and enforcement
• Proven track record of courtroom and dispute-resolution experience in IP matters
• Ability to originate and cultivate client relationships; portable practice preferred
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for associates and support staff
