Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — Delaware

We are seeking a Partner to join a well-established intellectual property team in Delaware. The role combines patent prosecution, licensing and contentious work, with regular involvement in Hatch‑Waxman matters and ITC Section 337 investigations.

The partner will lead matters, develop and expand a portable practice, mentor junior lawyers and work collaboratively with national teams on complex IP disputes and transactional matters.

• Established partner-level experience in patent prosecution, licensing and patent litigation.
• Practical experience with Hatch‑Waxman litigation and ITC/Section 337 investigations preferred.
• Proven track record of originating and developing business or a portable practice.
• Demonstrated leadership, team management and mentoring skills; ability to work across offices.
