Partner, Corporate (M&A & Private Equity) — Delaware

Leading national law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to join its Delaware corporate team with a focus on M&A and private equity transactions. The role will handle complex transactional matters across life sciences, energy and other corporate sectors, working with sophisticated corporate clients and cross-disciplinary internal teams.

The team values a partner who will originate and execute deals, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow the practice in the region. A history of working on life‑sciences and energy-related corporate matters is advantageous.

• Admission to the relevant state bar and eligibility to practice in Delaware
• Established track record in M&A and private equity transactions; experience with life sciences and/or energy sector deals preferred
• Proven client origination and relationship-management skills; portable practice or demonstrable business development capability welcomed
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop associates and work collaboratively across practice groups
