Leading U.S. law firm seeks a partner to build and lead its compliance and regulatory offering from the Delaware office. The role focuses on cross-border regulatory matters and compliance programs with particular emphasis on cybersecurity/privacy, international trade, and regulated sectors including energy, environment and healthcare.

The partner will advise corporate clients and boards on complex regulatory exposures, conduct internal investigations, and design risk-management and data-protection frameworks. The team works on matters with significant international and sectoral regulatory overlap.

Strong client development and practice leadership responsibilities are expected; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business will be viewed favorably.

Established partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance matters, with significant experience in cybersecurity/privacy and/or international trade.
Track record advising clients in regulated sectors (energy, environmental, healthcare) on multi-jurisdictional issues.
Proven business development and client-management skills; ability to win and grow client relationships.
Excellent writing, client-facing and team leadership abilities; admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
