Partner — Compliance & Regulatory and Litigation (Delaware)

Senior partner opportunity within a well-established national practice group focused on regulatory compliance, privacy-driven technology matters and related litigation. The role will involve leading client engagements, advising on regulatory risk and supervising litigation strategy across privacy, technology and regulatory disputes.

The team represents a mix of corporate and institutional clients; the position offers a leadership role with responsibility for originating and developing business, mentoring junior lawyers and coordinating cross-practice workstreams.

• Proven partner-level experience in compliance/regulatory work and related litigation, with demonstrable expertise in privacy and data-protection matters.
• Track record of leading client engagements and supervising litigation teams.
• Ability to develop and grow a book of business; portable client relationships or demonstrable origination capability preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of technology-related regulatory issues and excellent communication skills for both transactional and contentious matters.
