Lateral Partner — Technology & Communications (Delaware)

Experienced partner-level lawyer sought to lead and grow a technology and communications regulatory practice in the firm's Delaware office. The role focuses on regulatory work across telecommunications, satellite, wireless and broadband matters, and includes significant interaction with government contracting and public-sector regulatory issues.

The successful candidate will advise clients on complex regulatory compliance, licensing and government-contracts matters, and work closely with transactional and policy teams. This is a leadership role with opportunities to build a regional practice and mentor junior lawyers.

Portable client relationships and demonstrable business development capability are valued for this role.

• Established partner with substantial regulatory, telecommunications or government-contracts experience
• Track record advising on telecom/broadband/wireless regulatory matters and government contracts
• Strong client-development skills and ability to lead engagements and teams
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work in the Delaware office
