Leading international firm seeks a partner to join its Dubai real estate and construction practice. The role will involve advising on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters across development, construction contracts, and infrastructure-related projects in the region.

Ideal candidate will lead and grow a market-facing practice from the Dubai office, working with regional and international clients. The role offers responsibility for client relationship management, fee-earning work, and business development within the practice group.

Applicants should have a portable practice or demonstrable origination capability suitable for a partner role and be able to operate autonomously in a senior position.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction law, with a strong regional or international track record.
Demonstrable client origination or a portable book of business appropriate for a partner move.
Proven experience advising on development, construction contracts and infrastructure-related transactions and disputes.
Strong business development and relationship-management skills; ability to lead a team and grow practice from Dubai.
