Partner — Real Estate, Construction & Energy (Washington, D.C.)

Experienced lateral partner sought to lead and expand a transactional real estate and construction practice from the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. The role will handle complex leasing, development and construction matters across sectors including healthcare, renewable energy, industrial/logistics and resort development.

The successful candidate will join a cross-disciplinary team that collaborates with finance and project stakeholders on acquisitions, dispositions, financings and development agreements. There is strong emphasis on client service, deal execution and developing new market opportunities in regulated and infrastructure-related real estate sectors.

Portable practice is welcome but not mandatory; the position is structured for a partner who can both originate work and integrate into existing client-facing teams.

• Partner-level transactional experience in real estate and construction matters (leasing, development, construction agreements)
• Demonstrated work in healthcare real estate, renewable energy projects or industrial/logistics developments preferred
• Proven ability to lead deal teams and manage client relationships; business development capability
• Bar admission in the District of Columbia or eligible for admission
