Established law firm in Fort Worth is seeking a lateral partner to join its Real Estate & Construction practice. The role will handle leasing, development and construction matters across sectors including healthcare, renewable energy, industrial/logistics and resort development.

The partner will lead engagements, manage teams and work closely with finance and banking colleagues on transactional matters. A portable practice or demonstrable business development ability is welcome; a formal book of business is not required.

Admission to the Texas bar and partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction law
Experience advising on leasing, development, construction and related finance matters; experience in healthcare or renewable energy a plus
Demonstrated ability to lead transactions and manage junior lawyers
Business development and client relationship skills; portable practice encouraged but not mandatory
