Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Real Estate and Construction practice in Houston. The role focuses on delivering partner-led advice on a range of commercial real estate and construction matters for institutional and corporate clients.

Open to candidates based nationwide who can build or bring a portable practice aligned with the firm’s industry-focused groups. The team values originators who can manage and grow client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across transactional and project-focused matters.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction law with a track record of leading matters.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
Experience advising on commercial real estate transactions, development, leasing, financing, or construction-related contracts and disputes.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; collaborative approach across industry teams.
