Leading international firm is expanding its Saudi practice and seeks a partner to lead and grow the Real Estate & Construction group based in Jeddah. The role will be client-facing and commercially focused, handling large-scale development, construction and asset transactions and advising regional and international clients on Saudi projects and regulatory matters.

The partner will build and manage a local team, collaborate on cross-border matters with other offices, and contribute to business development and market positioning in the Kingdom. A portable practice is welcome but not required for strong candidates with an existing local network.

Partner-level experience advising on real estate and construction matters in the region.
Proven track record of leading transactions, construction disputes or project-side advisory at senior level.
Strong client development skills and ability to originate and grow business in Saudi Arabia.
Licensed/qualified to practise in a relevant jurisdiction; regional market knowledge preferred.
Excellent commercial judgement and ability to manage and mentor a team; Arabic language skills advantageous.
