Partner opportunity to lead and grow a construction and real estate litigation practice in a busy Harrisburg office of a national law firm. The role involves managing litigation matters from intake through trial, advising clients on construction disputes and real property issues, and supervising a team of associates.

The hire will be a visible practice leader responsible for business development, client relationship management, and cross-practice collaboration across the firm’s network. This is a hands-on litigation role with opportunities to broaden the practice into related transactional or regulatory work.

Established partner with significant experience handling construction and commercial real estate litigation matters.
Proven trial and/or arbitration experience and ability to manage complex litigation teams.
Track record of client development; a portable book of business or demonstrable client origination ability is preferred.
Active bar admission in Pennsylvania (or willingness to obtain) and strong professional references.
