Established US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Kansas City office to lead construction-related disputes and real estate litigation. The role will handle complex commercial construction and property matters across litigation and dispute-resolution forums.

The successful candidate will run cases, manage client relationships, and help grow a regional construction and real estate practice. The team works closely with transactional and project-focused lawyers to provide integrated client advice.

Partner-level experience in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes.
Proven trial and courtroom experience, with a track record of managing complex matters from intake to resolution.
Business development ability; a portable practice or demonstrated client origination is welcome.
Experience supervising associates and contributing to practice growth in a multi-office environment.
