Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its Real Estate and Construction Litigation practice in Miami. The role involves handling complex construction and commercial real estate disputes, supervising litigation teams, and participating in trial and alternative dispute resolution work.

The partner will split time between casework and business development: managing client relationships, developing new engagements in the region, and mentoring junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to join a broad platform with regional and national resources while building a portable practice.

Partner-level experience in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes
Proven trial and ADR experience and courtroom comfort
Track record of originating or growing client relationships; portable book of business preferred
Admission to practice in Florida (or ability to obtain) and capacity to lead and mentor a litigation team
