Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Nashville real estate and construction litigation practice. The role will focus on handling complex disputes arising from commercial real estate and construction matters, including contested contract, indemnity and construction-defect litigation.

Successful candidates will join an established team, manage litigation from intake through trial, supervise junior lawyers and work closely with transactional real estate colleagues. There is opportunity to develop regional client relationships and to bring a portable practice.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction litigation
Proven record of managing matters through briefing, motion practice and trial or arbitration
Demonstrated client development and relationship management skills; portable book of business welcome
Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
Active bar admission or ability to become admitted in Tennessee
