Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Midwest litigation group, focusing on real estate and construction disputes. The role will handle commercial litigation, lead trials and hearings, and advise clients on contract, payment and defect claims arising from development and construction matters.

The partner will manage and mentor a team of litigators, collaborate across practice groups on transactional and project-risk matters, and play a visible role in business development within the region. This is a practice-focused partner role with opportunity to bring a portable client base.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction litigation, including commercial disputes and trial work.
Proven track record of managing matters and supervising associates.
Business development experience; portable practice welcomed.
Bar admission in the hiring jurisdiction or willingness to obtain admission; based in or able to relocate to Omaha.
