You will manage and mentor associates, collaborate with real estate and construction teams across the firm, and oversee complex matters from pleading through resolution. The position requires strong courtroom experience, an ability to run a litigation team, and clear judgment on case strategy and risk.

Partner-level experience handling commercial real estate and construction litigation, including trials and arbitrations
Proven track record of originating or managing significant matters and leading teams
Strong client-development and relationship-management skills; portable book of business or demonstrable business generation preferred
Admission to practice in the relevant state and ability to practice in federal forums
