Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow a busy real estate and construction litigation practice in the Philadelphia office. The role focuses on commercial disputes, construction defect and contract matters across private and public-sector clients.

You'll join a team that handles high-stakes litigation and alternative dispute resolution, working with local and regional clients on complex construction and property-related disputes. The position offers significant client-facing responsibility and the opportunity to expand an existing book of business.

Proven partner-level experience in construction and real estate litigation, including commercial disputes and contract issues.
Track record of trial and ADR work; strong courtroom and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to bring or develop client relationships; portable practice welcomed.
Bar admission in Pennsylvania (or ability to gain admission) and capacity to work collaboratively with litigation teams.
