Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established litigation team in San Francisco, focusing on real estate and construction disputes. The role will handle complex commercial litigation, including arbitration and trial work, and involve managing multiple matters from pleading through resolution.

The successful candidate will lead and mentor associates, work closely with cross-disciplinary practice groups, and contribute to practice development. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome and will be considered in the hiring decision.

Established litigation partner with substantial experience in real estate and construction disputes.
Proven courtroom and/or arbitration experience and strong written advocacy.
Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable business preferred.
Experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers; admission to California bar or eligibility required.
