Seeking a partner to lead and grow a real estate and construction litigation practice in the Silicon Valley market. The role focuses on high-value commercial disputes arising from real estate development, construction defects, and related contract matters.

The partner will handle significant client matters, try cases as needed, supervise associates, and work with firm leadership on strategic business development. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and develop client relationships is welcomed.

Admission to practice in the relevant state(s).
Partner-level experience in real estate and construction litigation, including significant courtroom or arbitration exposure.
Proven leadership in managing matters and mentoring junior lawyers.
Track record of business development and client relationship management; portable business welcomed.
