Senior real estate partner sought to lead and grow a market-facing Real Estate & Construction practice in London. The role is a partner-level opening within a prominent, full-service firm and will suit an entrepreneurial lawyer with an established client base.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for originating and managing complex real estate and construction matters, supervising fee-earners, and developing client relationships across the UK property sector. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to bring and grow client relationships is required.

Proven track record as a senior real estate/construction lawyer with partner-level experience
Established client relationships and ability to bring portable work or to originate new business
Experience leading transactions and/or disputes in real estate and construction matters
Strong people management and business development skills; admitted to practise in England & Wales (or equivalent)
