Leading international law firm seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Real Estate and Construction offering from the London office. The role will involve leading transactions and contentious matters across development, disposals, leasing and construction-related workstreams.

We are looking for a commercially minded partner with an established practice who can originate and manage client relationships and work closely with cross-border teams. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination record is welcomed.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction law (development, leasing, acquisitions/disposals, and construction contracts).
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Strong transaction and/or contentious experience appropriate to partner level, with experience leading teams.
Qualified in England & Wales or equivalent jurisdiction and able to practise in London.
