High-profile law firm seeks a partner to lead and expand its Real Estate and Construction practice in downtown Los Angeles. This role will focus on advising developers, owners, lenders and contractors on complex transactional, development and construction matters across California and nationally.

The team handles a broad mix of projects including commercial development, leasing, land use and construction-related dispute prevention and risk allocation. The firm is looking for a senior lawyer who can bring technical expertise, client leadership and business development momentum to the practice.

Partner-level experience in real estate and construction law with a demonstrated track record on complex commercial matters.
Strong relationships and business development ability; portable client base or a demonstrable ability to develop new business is highly desirable.
Bar admission in California and eligibility to practice in the U.S.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and client-management skills; experience supervising junior lawyers.
