Leading German law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Real Estate and Construction practice in Munich. The role will focus on advising on complex property, construction and infrastructure matters across transactional and contentious workstreams for institutional and corporate clients.

The team handles high-value development, project delivery and construction disputes, with close cross‑practice collaboration on financing, planning and public‑private projects. The role offers a senior seat on the team with opportunity to shape practice strategy and mentor junior lawyers.

Applicants should be prepared to bring a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships and a track record of originating or growing business.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction law.
Proven experience on development, project delivery and construction disputes; infrastructure experience desirable.
Admission to the German bar (or equivalent) and eligibility to practice in Germany.
Fluent German and strong English; client-facing and business-development capabilities.
Track record of originating or managing client relationships; comfortable with partnership responsibilities.
