Senior hire for a well-established international law practice in Muscat focusing on real estate and construction matters. The role will lead transactions and disputes across the GCC and manage cross-border client work.

The team seeks a commercially minded partner with an existing client base and demonstrable experience running matters end-to-end. International law firm experience is highly preferred; competitive, market-standard billing arrangements apply.

Established partner-level track record in real estate and construction law.
Portable book of business and demonstrable client-development ability.
Experience handling cross-border and international matters preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills; able to run matters and mentor senior associates.
Qualified to practise in relevant jurisdiction(s) and comfortable working with regional clients.
