Seeking a partner to lead and grow a Real Estate and Construction practice from the firm's New York office. The role combines high-value transactional work with construction-related counseling and dispute prevention for institutional and corporate clients.

The successful candidate will be a visible client-facing lawyer with experience originating and managing matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating across practice groups. This is an opportunity to shape a market-facing team within a large national firm platform.

Established partner-level background in real estate and construction law (transactional and/or disputes).
Proven business development record and client origination skills; portable client relationships welcomed.
Admissions and ability to practice in New York.
Strong leadership, team management and cross-practice collaboration experience.
