Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a Real Estate and Construction practice from the firm's Silicon Valley office. The role focuses on commercial real estate transactions, construction contracting and dispute avoidance, and project development for technology and commercial clients.

The partner will manage matter teams, work closely with transactional and development groups, drive business development in the region, and mentor junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and cultivate client relationships is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters (transactions, contracts, project development).
Active California bar admission (or ability to obtain) and experience practicing in the Silicon Valley market.
Proven record of client origination, business development and team leadership.
Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills; comfort working with cross-practice teams.
