Exciting partner opportunity with a national law firm’s Silicon Valley office to lead and grow a sophisticated real estate and construction practice. The role focuses on complex commercial real estate matters, construction contracts and disputes, and development and leasing work for institutional and corporate clients.

The successful candidate will join an established team of transactional and dispute-resolution lawyers, taking a leading role on new business development and client relationship management in the Bay Area. This is a visible role with significant client-facing responsibility and opportunities to shape the practice group's strategy locally.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction law, with a strong track record of handling complex commercial transactions and construction matters.
Admission to practice in California and eligible to work in the U.S.
Demonstrated business development ability; portable client relationships or a proven plan to build a practice in Silicon Valley preferred.
Excellent leadership, client-management and mentoring skills for supervising junior lawyers.
