Seeking an experienced partner to lead and grow a Real Estate and Construction practice in the Providence market. The role will handle high-value transactional and project-focused matters across the full lifecycle of commercial real estate and construction projects.

The firm is looking for a partner with established technical experience in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, financing, and construction contracting and disputes. The successful candidate will advise developer, owner, lender and contractor clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex, sector-focused matters.

Open to candidates nationwide. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome; the role will include significant client development and team leadership responsibilities.

Proven partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction law.
Track record advising on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, financing and construction matters.
Strong client development skills; portable book of business welcomed.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
