Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join and expand its Real Estate & Construction practice in Providence. The role focuses on high-value transactional and advisory work across commercial real estate, development, leasing, construction contracts and associated financing and risk management.

The partner will advise borrowers, lenders, owners, developers and contractors on complex matters, supervise a team of attorneys, and work closely with offices across the firm to service regional and national clients. There is an expectation of business development and practice growth; candidates with a portable practice are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction law (transactional and/or disputes).
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and business development.
Strong leadership and team management experience; ability to mentor junior lawyers.
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain reciprocity.
