Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Real Estate and Construction practice in Sacramento. The role will advise owners, developers and contractors on transactional matters, development projects, and construction-related disputes across the region.

Ideal candidates will bring an established practice and be able to develop business within a collaborative, multidisciplinary platform. The team handles matters spanning project development, contract negotiation, risk allocation and construction claims.

Established partner with significant experience in real estate and construction law
Active bar admission in California (or ability to obtain)
Proven track record advising on development projects, construction contracts, and related disputes
Business development capabilities and a portable practice or demonstrable client origination experience
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and contribute to practice growth
