Established international law firm seeking a partner to lead and expand its San Francisco real estate and construction practice. The role will focus on complex leasing, industrial/logistics and resort development matters, with significant work tied to healthcare, renewable energy and finance-related real estate transactions.

The partner will work closely with cross-practice teams on transactional and project-driven matters, advising developers, owners, lenders and sponsors on deal structuring, construction risk allocation and regulatory issues. This is an opportunity to shape a growing practice in a market with active transactional and energy-related development activity.

Partner-level experience in real estate and construction transactions; strong transactional closing track record.
Experience advising on healthcare-related real estate, renewable energy projects, industrial/logistics or resort development matters.
Comfort working with finance-side counterparties and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams (construction, environmental, regulatory).
Bar admission in California or eligibility to transfer; strong client-service and business development skills. A portable practice or demonstrated origination is welcome but not strictly required.
