Seeking a partner to join a busy real estate and construction practice in Sioux Falls. The role will handle transactional and dispute matters across land acquisition, development, construction contracting, and hospitality-related projects, and will have exposure to estate/succession planning matters tied to real property.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead the local practice, managing matters from intake through closing or resolution and supervising junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to bring a portable practice and play a central role in client development and strategic growth for the office.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction law, including land acquisition, development, and construction contracting; hospitality experience a plus.
Proven record of client relationship management and business development; portable practice welcomed.
Strong transactional and/or litigation experience handling complex real property matters.
Juris Doctorate, active bar admission in the state or ability to obtain, and demonstrable leadership/mentoring experience.
