Leading law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Real Estate and Construction practice in Springfield. The role will handle complex transactional and project-based matters across the real estate lifecycle, working with developers, owners, lenders and contractors.

The team advises on acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, financing and construction-related risk management. Candidates can be based in Springfield or elsewhere — the firm is open to nationwide candidates and to experienced lateral partners with a portable practice.

Established partner or counsel with a proven Real Estate and Construction practice
Track record handling complex transactions, development and construction matters
Experience advising lenders, owners, developers and contractors
Strong client development skills and ability to grow a portable practice
