Ideal candidates will lead client engagements, develop business, and mentor teams on complex real estate and construction projects. The team supports regional and national clients, and the firm is open to candidates based elsewhere in the U.S.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction law
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice is welcome
Strong technical skills across transactional real estate, development, and construction matters
Ability to lead teams, drive business development, and collaborate across industry-focused groups
